- Fitcut Curve Stainless Steel: 20 years guarantee
- Fitcut Curve Fluorine-coated: 25 years guarantee
- Fitcut Curve Premium Titanium-coated: 30 years guarantee
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable for products purchased in Europe.
- If you discover that your Fitcut Curve scissors have material- or production defects, PLUS Europe GmbH eliminates them through replacement by an equivalent product. The warranty period is not extended or renewed by the fulfilment of warranty services.
- The defects due to usual wear, due to improper sharpening, industrial usage or due to improper use are excluded from the warranty.
- To claim the warranty, please contact our customer service in advance by e-mail (guarantee@plus-corporation.com). Please state the scissor type of the affected product and a short explanation of the defect.
- Please then download and fill out our contact form. Your data will be used exclusively for the process of the replacement

To take advantage of the 30-day money-back guarantee, the participant must proceed as follows:
- The participant must send an email to guarantee@plus-corporation.com within 30 days from the date of purchase of the scissors

The guarantee is gold-plated for products bought in Germany. When managing the warranty claim, the guarantee for the purchase of the purchase receipt, the purchase price for each returned item, including the sales tax specified by the customer, and shipping costs for the return of the defective product, will be reimbursed.
Any costs incurred by the participant for the delivery of the promotional product and the contract (e.g. shipping costs) will not be reimbursed.
If the purchase receipt does not reveal a single price for the returned item, the first-class manufacturer will, in case of doubt, use the manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP) for the product in question.
Please hear that processing can take up to 6-8 weeks. Your data will be used to process the guarantee.
